Naughtiest students should be class monitor because they should know the responsibilities of controlling a class. Controlling a class of 50 students is not that easy. Out of 50 students, 10 students would be naughty.

If we make them a class monitor, they know the difficulties of keeping the class silent. They will also come to know about the difficulties of the teacher. These children know how to control naughty students because they know their mentality more than anyone else.

Also during the class hours, they remain silent to maintain their power as a class monitor. Therefore this way, it changes the children’s personality and the overall class performance.
