Good morning to all the Excellencies and my friends, as we all gathered here to celebrate this event, I would like to speech on the topic of women empowerment in India. Empowering women in India is very necessary to bring gender equality or we can say that gender equality is very necessary to empower women. Our country is still a developing country and economic status of our country is very bad because it is a male dominated country.
It is very necessary for all Indian men to understand the power of women and let them go ahead to make themselves independent and power of the family and country. Gender equality is the first step to bring women empowerment in India. Men should not understand that women are made only to handle household chores or take responsibility of home and family. Instead, both (men and women) are responsible for everything of daily routine. Men too need to understand their responsibility of home and family and all other works women do so that women can get some time to think about themselves and their career.
Women are bearing enormous hardship from the ancient time in India. during and after humanitarian emergencies, especially armed conflicts. There are many private and government organisations and institutions supporting women empowerment, promoting policy making, promoting gender-sensitive data collection, improving women’s health awareness and expanding their independency in the life. Despite such supports and human rights, women are still dependent, poor, unhealthy and illiterate. We need to think the reasons behind and solve all on immediate basis.

gender inequality is the main social issue in India in which, women are getting back in the male dominated needs to take a high speed in this country to equalise the value of both gender. uplifting of women is one means should be almost priority of the nation.
inequality between men and women in the society generate lots of problem which become a big obstruction in the way to success of nation. it is the birth right of women to get equal value to the main in the society. To really bring empowerment, every woman need to be aware about their right from their own and they need to take positive step and involve in every activity instead of only involving in the household and family responsibility .Theyhey should know about all happening in their surrounding and country.
women empowerment has the power to change anything in society and country they are much better than men to deal with certain problems in the society they can better understand the disadvantage of over population of their family and country through proper family planning. women can capable enough to handle any impulsive violence in comparison to men with their in the family or society.
do women empowerment it can be possible to change the male dominated countries in the equality dominated country of reach economic empowering women may easily help me through each every member of family without any extra effort. women is considered to be responsible for everything in the family so she can better solve all the problems from her own end. empowerment of the women automatically bring empowerment of everyone.
women empowerment is the better treatment of any big or small problems related to human being economic environment. In few list year the advantage of the women are being more conscious about their health, education, career, job and responsibility towards family society and country they are taking part in every area and showing their great in IT field finally after long years of hard struggle they are getting their right to go ahead for the right track.
