Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen,

Thank you for giving me this opportunity to speak on this most interesting topic ,' we can't rise up  by pulling someone down​'.

To begin with, I would like to ask you a question. How many of you have  seen a bucketful of crabs? You keep the bucket at one place and you will never fear of losing a single crab. Do you know why? One crab will never allow another crab to climb up the bucket. As a result all the crabs can never rise up , nor can they save their lives as they keep pulling each other down.

This same phenomenon works for humans. The moment one human pulls someone down he too falls. He cannot rise up.

History has stood a testimony to this fact. Whenever one king or leader has pulled someone down he too has perished. Aurangzeb could never succeed in his missions as he was always trying to kill Shivaji, Mir Zafar faced his doom after betraying his nephew -Siraj-ud-daulah.

Never can one succeed by bringing someone down . Instead goals are achieved when we work together, hand in hand, in harmony.

So let us all remember that let us achieve our goals through our merit and hard work and not by pulling someone down​.

Speech on “We can’t rise up by pulling someone down”

Good Morning dear friends.

Today my motivational speech is about how to rise high by removing negativity around us.  

I will start by quoting a famous saying “An entire sea of water can’t sink a ship unless it gets inside the ship. Similarly, the negativity of the world can’t put you down unless you allow it to get inside you”.

This means we are the owner of our circumstances. In the path of success, many people try hard to pull us down by various unlawful means. But unless we are affected, the negative people can’t do anything to our aspirations. Success depends upon how we treat ourselves and our situations. Neither we should envy anybody nor should let others spoil our lives. The path of success should be honest so that when we rise high people should praise us with respect and love.
