=> hello user,
I think there's some spelling error in the question , it should be "reflect" instead of "refers".

so,here's your speech :-
•INTRODUCTION :
good morning to Respected Principal ma'am , teachers and my dear Friends. today I've got this golden opportunity to speak and express my views on the topic - " good deeds reflect a good character."
•BODY OF THE SPEECH- paragraph 1 :
yes, it is indeed true that deeds show the inner self of a man. a person who do good deeds must possess a good character, and the one who performs deeds with bad intentions is one with a bad character.
•paragraph 2 :
now, deeds can never be deceptive. appearances may be false in most of the cases, but what is beyond that is the deeds. good deeds- deeds , the deeds which helps others , which brings smile on the face of others, which removes sadness from this world, which spread happiness everywhere , show the true and kind character of the doer.
•paragraph 3 :
similarly, words can be deceptive as well. the proverb "actions speak louder than words", is indeed true . a person can say very good words, may quote True sentences from the Bible or any other religious book, but his actions say the rest . deeds reveal what the person thinks, and his character.
•CONCLUSION :
therefore it is not wrong to say that "good deeds reflect the good character of the person". hence, my advice to every one is that do good deeds , which really do good of mankind. with this I rest my speech.
at last, I would like to thank you all for your patience and attention during my speech.
____________
>> Basically, there's no specific format for the speech writing , except for -
•INTRODUCTION,
•BODY OF THE SPEECH
•CONCLUSION.
These three forms the basic part of the speech. you can shift the paragraphs in the body of the speech, according to your convenience, but you cannot shift introduction to the last or conclusion to the first , because it needs to be where it is. hence, you can add any more creative sentences in the speech by yourself as well.
Hope it will help you ! feel free to ask any doubts.
