Basic need for life on earth is water shelter food and air
Water is the most basic and essential need for life on earth .Not only for humans but also for life on the earth.
Earth has 3/4 th %of water and only 1/4th %of land . But still why there is a scarcity of water?
This is because 6/7 th of it SALINE only 1/7 th of it usable water . From that 3/4 is in ice caps and ground water . Remains only 1/4 th .That too to serve 7.8 billion people....
Quite difficult... On that too wastage of water in big amounts makes it more difficult .So there is only one solution to this problem and that is water conservation....
Water conservation can be practised in two methods on a small scale and in a large scale.... Small scale conservation includes conservation of water in home for ex . Keeping the taps off ... Washing car with a bucket and mug instead of a hosepipe... Reparing leaky faucets etc
Large scale conservation includes proper drainage, system rain water harvesting, check dams ,in factory uses, groundwater etc
Some future plans also would help in water conservation like river interlinking,check dams etc will help in conserving water also the world to stop suffering from water scarcity
