In today's world, even small kids are very fond of mobile phones. Due to its attraction, it is stealing our valuable time. Day by day, we are becoming addicted to it. In the family, we are not even finding time to talk with our parents and grandparents.
In my family, my father ordered us to follow a strict rule to not to use mobile phones unnecessarily and asked us to spend time with your grandparents. So, we turned off the TV and mobile phones; and started listening to the early life stories of our grandparents.
In their early days, they have so much of time to play in the outdoors. After the school time, they will go outside with their friends to the lake area or park or open ground to play games.
In the weekends, they practice swimming in the lakes with their friends. They play physical games such as running, Ko-Ko, Chasing, Hide and seek etc. This developed their physic growth as well as mental growth.
Especially, they spend time with human beings not with the mechanical phones.
