Sperm is big in size but why is Sperm is called as unicellular organism?

Sperm is called as Unicellular Organism because it consists of one cell

Sperm is not an organism , its just a living single cell . Size doesn't matter , if there is a single cell then its definitely unicellular (uni- single).
