Spermatogenesis is a process of production of sperm in tubules of the testicle in male.

It is a process of 64 days approximately divided into two successive sections of spermatocytogenesis and spermiogenesis.

Primary spermatocytes are synthesized in 16 days, which are further divided into secondary spermatocytes in 24days.

Completed sperm cells are prepared after 24 days of engendering the spermatids.
