Spherical capacitor consist of two sphere the radius of each one 1.6 m and 1.8 m respectively. Calculate the capacitance of the capacitor.​

Capacitor consists of radius 1.6 and 1.8 m .. that is they are connected in series

capacitance formula .. c = 4 π ε° R

( e° = epsilon not and R is the radius )

hence net capacitance will be

1/Cnet = 1/c1 + 1/c2

Cnet = c1c2 / c1 + c2

Cnet = (4 π ε)^2 × 1.6 × 1.8 / 4 π ε ( 1.6 + 1.8 )

Cnet = 4 π ε° ( 1.6*1.8 ) / 3.4

now calculate it
