1/Cnet = 1/c1 + 1/c2

Cnet = (4 π ε)^2 × 1.6 × 1.8 / 4 π ε ( 1.6 + 1.8 )

Cnet = 4 π ε° ( 1.6*1.8 ) / 3.4
