Spilled milk evaporates faster than present in a glass or cup??? Why?

JATINGHAI: this happens because the suface area covered by the spilled milk is more than in the glass
AnsAIdreeS: Hmm... Define Rate of Reaction?

Spiiled has large surface area than the milk in cup or glass.Increasing surface area helps to evaporate it faster

when milk is spilled the surface area has increased causing the evaporation rate to increase

in a cup of milk the surface area is less so the evaporation rate is less

by this I can say that evaporation rate is inversely proportional to the surface area
