=x²+23x+104
I think 23 x should be 21 x .
= x²+21x+104
= x²+13x+ 8x +104
= x(x+13)+ 8(x+13)
=(x+8)(x+13)
= x= -8 or -13

x² + 23x + 104
multiply last and first term ,

=104.
split 104 such that the numbers if added gives 23 and when multiplied gives 104.

    -104   +   -1   =   -105
   -52   +   -2   =   -54
    -26   +   -4   =   -30
   -13   +   -8   =   -21
   -8   +   -13   =   -21
   -4   +   -26   =   -30
   -2   +   -52   =   -54
   -1   +   -104   =  -105
   1   +   104   =   105
   2   +   52   =   54
   4   +   26   =   30
   8   +   13   =   21
  13   +   8   =   21
  26   +   4   =   30
  52   +   2   =   54
 104   +   1   =   105

there is no 2 numbers that adds up to 23
so this equation will not have the right combination.so it has no zeroes.

hope it helps!!!!
