Splitting middle terms....

16x² - 40x + 25 = 0

16x² - 20x - 20x + 25 = 0

4x ( 4x - 5) - 5 ( 4x - 5) = 0

(4x-5)(4x-5) = 0

4x = 5 , 4x = 5

x = 5/4 , 5/4
