<b>Heya mate. (^_-). Solution below.
====================================

• x² - 14x + 48

• We factorise this polynomial by the method of midterm split.

• x² - 14x + 48

• We find two numbers whose sum is (- 14y) and product is (48 × x²) = 48x²

• Clearly, (-8x) + (-6x) = -14x and (-8x)(-6x) = 48x²

Now,

• x² - 14y + 48

= x² - 6x - 8x + 48

= x(x - 6) - 8(x - 6)

= (x - 8)(x - 6)

<marquee>Hence, your answer is (x - 8)(x - 6).</marquee>

Thank you.. ;-)

x2 - 14y+48.
we should get 48 by multiply, we should also get 14 by add.
therefore, -6&-8.
therefore equatiom becomes x2-6x-8x+48=0.
x(x-6)-8(x-6)=0.
(x-8)(x-6)=0.
therefore x=8&6.
