The spoilage of oil can be detected by Eurcic acid which is option (4) here.

Reason: This is because the Eurcic acid is easily biodegradable. Due to this it is easily breakdown into simpler molecules. These molecules when contact with environment produce bad and foul smells which makes us sense that the oil is spoiled. So option (4) is right. It also contains 9 omega fatty acids which too makes it easy fro the micro-organisms.
