Answer is Sanguineous Wound Drainage .

More details on inference:

When the skin of the patient is damaged due to surgery or any other injury and if there is a spontaneous exudate release from the wound bed which is bright red in color and appear thick in consistency, then it indicates a fresh blood exudate called as 'Sanguineous wound drainage'.

It can also be inferred that the wound is healing and it is in  inflammatory phase.

Hope it helps. Thank You!
