Spore producing fruiting bodies are formed by Euglena under unfavourable conditons.

During unfavourable conditions, plasmodiums differentiate to form fruiting body which is also called as sporocarp.

These sporocarp inturn produce sporangium and further these spororangium produce spores during meiosis.

Spores are the formed from the necleus & cytoplasm of the plasmodium. Later, they get a cellulosic cell wall after differentiation.
