Sport teacher of a school wants to arrange an sport event for class 6 as per choices of students.

So he got to know the choices of students. Out of 30 students in the class, 6 like football, 12 like

cricket and remaining like tennis.
Find the ratio of Number of students liking cricket to number of students liking tennis.​

Total No Of Students = 30

No Of Students like Football = 6

No Of Students Like Cricket = 12

No Of Students Like Tennis

  • Ratio of Number of students liking cricket to number of students liking tennis

✿Solution :-

Ratio = number of students Like Cricket : Number Of Students Like Tennis

Ratio = 12 : 12

Ratio = 1 : 1

Hence, the ratio of Number of students liking cricket to number of students liking tennis is 1 : 1.
