spring constant of spring is 10.13 × 10^-4 N/m

time period of spring mass system is given as, T = 2π√{m/K}

where m is mass, T is time period and K is spring constant.

here, time period, T = 2s

mass of block, m = 10g = 0.01kg

spring constant , k = ?

now, 2s = 2π√{0.01/k}

squaring both sides, we get

⇒4 = 4π² × 0.01/k

⇒k = 0.01/π² = 0.001013 N/m = 10.13 × 10^-4 N/m

hence, spring constant of spring is 10.13 × 10^-4 N/m
