Answer:
See the attachment for reference.
Height = 6 cm ( imagine the flaps )
Breadth = 18 cm
Length = 30 cm
Capacity = Volume = lbh = 6 × 18 × 30
Capacity = 3240 cu. cm

Answer : 3240 cm³
As the square of 6 cm is cut from four corners of the sheet, both ( the length and width ) gets reduced by i.e 2 × 6 = 12 cm
So,
( L ) Length => 42 - 12 = 30
( B ) Width => 30 - 12 = 18
Now,
( H ) Height which is folded up = 6 cm
So,
Capacity of the box = LBH
= 30 × 18 × 6
= 540 × 6
= 3240 cm³
Thus,
Final answer : The capacity of the box is 3240 cm³.
