When a square of 6cm is cut from the four corners of the sheet, both the length and and the width will be reduced by 2x6 = 12 cm
∴ length of box = 42-12 = 30cm
width of box = 30-12 = 18cm
The height of the box = 6cm (Which is folded up)
The capacity of the box = base ares x height
= 30x18x6 = 3240cm³
∴ length of box = 42-12 = 30cm
width of box = 30-12 = 18cm
The height of the box = 6cm (Which is folded up)
The capacity of the box = base ares x height
= 30x18x6 = 3240cm³
