Area of square=S²
Area=40cm×40cm
Area=1600cm²

Circumference=Perimeter of square
Circumference=4×40cm
Circumference=160cm
C=2πr
160=2×22/7×r
160×7/44=r
25.45=r
Area=πr²
Area=22/7×25.45²
Area=2035.63cm²

Answer:

4a= 40 m

a= 10m

Area of square= a × a

= 100m^2

2πr= 40 m

r= 40/2

= 20/π

Area of circle = πr^2

= π×20/π×20/π

= 400×7/22

= 63.6363....m^2

So area of square.>area of circle.
