Here , the area of inner square is 1764 m²

so , it's side is √area

= √1764m

= 42 m

given that road is 3 m wide ,

it means it is increasing the length of 3m on both sides.

so , total length of outer side is 42+6

= 48m

now , perimeter is 4×48

= 192 m
