Cost price of watch (for Sravya) = Rs 480

Gain = \mathit{6\frac{1}{4}}%

Gain = 25/4%

selling price = CP(100 + gain)/100

= 480 * (100 + 25/4)/100

= 480 * (425)/100

= 510

SP of watch is Rs 510

That is cost price of watch (for Ridhi)

= Rs 510

Gain = 10%

Sp = 510 * (100 + 10)/100

SP = 510* (110)/100

SP = 561

SP of watch (to Divya) is Rs 561
Hence Divya has to pay Rs 561 to purchase the watch.
