An American named Senator Catron wanted to buy a land and property form Don Anselmo and during their conversation he explained about the important of family and the land to Senator Carton and he always planted a tree after birth of any child in the Rio. So he rejected the offer to sale the tree or land because it belonged to the children not to him.
