1) Staff in operating theaters should not wear clothing containing nylon.
The reason for this is because nylon clothes are capable of generating electrostatic charges. The electrostatic charges are associated with negative health effects such as dry eyes, loss of memory, attention deficit and clumsiness. You can immediately tell that these effects can lead to inefficiency in the part of the theater personnel, hence must be avoided for better concentration.
2)Mobile phones should not be used in petrol stations. 
This is because it is thought that the electromagnetic waves that mobile phones uses can trigger sparks that can lead to explosions. This however has been under a lot of speculation as the energy levels produced by mobile phones are quite low that the probability of setting off sparks is quite limited. However, that is the main reason why their use in petrol stations are prohibited.
