if the president votes a bill Congress may attempt to "override the veto". if both the Senate and the house pass the bill by a two-thirds mejority the president's veto is overruled and the bill becomes a law.

I hope this helps you

Answer:

Firstly, the bill is introduced by a minister or a private member. Secondly, it is discussed and people vote upon it, and changes are made. It is then sent to the legislative council to be debated and voted upon to be either accepted or rejected. After it is accepted, it goes to the Governor for his approval. If the governor signs, it becomes a law and he might suggest some changes and send it back to the Legislature, or for consideration of the President.

This is the process of transforming a bill into law.
