Car rental charge =$35
charge per mile = $0.25
total money Denise have = $55
then as the car rental will charge him $35 then remaining amount he is left =$20
therefore the maximum number of miles he can travel in his budget =$20 ÷ $0.25
= $
 \frac{20}{0.25} \\ = \frac{2000}{25} \\ = 80
