 Let\: side \: of \: an \: equilateral \: triangle =a \:cm

 Height (AD) = 4\:cm \: (given )

 \implies \frac{\sqrt{3}}{2} a = 4

 \implies a = 4 \times \frac{2}{\sqrt{3}}

 \implies a =  \frac{8}{\sqrt{3}}\: cm

 \red{Perimeter \: of \: the \: triangle } \\= 3a\\= 3 \times  \frac{8}{\sqrt{3}}\: cm  \\= 8 \sqrt{3} \: cm \\= 8 \times 1.732 \\= 13.856 \:cm

Therefore ,.

 \red{Perimeter \: of \: the \: triangle }\green { = 13.856 \:cm }
