If you have a good command of maths and want to persue any study related to mathematics so go for the standard one
But if you are not interested or weak in maths and don’t want to persue mathematics in future for your study then go for the basic one
My opinion
Even if you are not interested in maths just give a try for standard one because it will never block your path in future but if you choose basic one there is a chance that it may block your path in future
