THE REASON FOR THAT IS BECAUSE OF AIR ON THE ATMOSPHERE LIGHT KEEPS ON GETTING REFRACTED THROUGH DIFFERENT ANGLES AND HENCE STARS APPEAR TO BE TWLINKING.
