Answer:

The stars twinkle in the night sky because of the effects of our atmosphere. When starlight enters our atmosphere it is affected by winds in the atmosphere and by areas with different temperatures and densities. This causes the light from the star to twinkle when seen from the ground. I will suggest you to go by ncert

Answer:

stars appearing to be twinking. This phenomena is due to atmospheric refraction. the atmosphere of earth is not uniform throughout ,it has variation in it's density. when the light from the star enters the earth then it refracted at different amount due to which eye of an observer seems star to be twinkling.
