Answer:

No, I can't imagine myself in captivity. No one wants to be caged, everyone loves their freedom be it a human, an animal or a bird. I feel very sad about the tiger who is caged in the zoo like a showpiece for the visitors whom he ignores. The tiger is not free to do whatever he wants to do. He can't hunt animals like he used to do in the jungle. The poet of the poem 'The tiger in the zoo ' contrast the tiger in the zoo with the one who lives in the jungle. Only the stars are the companion of the tiger who were still with him he don't know about rest of his companions with whom he lived in the jungle. He is alone in the zoo. Humans can't think of living alone in a cage even in their dreams. No one has the right to snatch someone's freedom. The tiger must be set free to live freely and happily in the jungle with his companions.
