Due to Atmospheric refrection.

Star doesn't twinkle. We feel like they are twinkling due to total internal reflection . The position of the star we see keeps deviating due to change in air density on our earth's atmosphere and it makes us feel like the stars are twinkling

becayse stars have their own light and at night their is totally dark which make it look twinkling
