time will be 4 hr lesser at  90°W compared to 30° W

Explanation:

The time increases at a rate of 4 minutes per one degree of longitude, east     of the Prime Meridian.

The time decrease, at a rate of 4 minutes per one degree of longitude, west of the prime meridian.

or we can say time decreases From East ( 180° ) to west ( 180°)

360° = 24 hours

=> 1 ° = 24/360 hr

=> 1° = 1/15 hr

=> 1° = 4 Minutes

going from 30° W  to 90°W

=> going 60°W

60 * 4 = 240 mins = 4 hrs

Hence time will be 4 hr lesser at  90°W compared to 30° W
