Starting form a rest, a car moves with uniform acceleration and attains a velocity of 72km/hr in 20 sec.It then moves with uniform speed for 25 sec and is then brought to rest in 10 sec.Under uniform retardation.Find the total distance travelled using velocity time graph.

For uniform acceleration, the straight line formed has a positive slope and for uniform retardation, the straight line formed has a negative slope. For uniform velocity, the straight line is parallel to the time axis due to same velocity at every point of time.

Hope this helps, and please notify me if you think there's some mistake in the calculation.
