starting from insoluble ZnO how will you obtain ZnCO3 by precipitation

Dissolve the ZnO in a hydrochloric acid solution. Neutralize the solution with either NaCO3 or NaHCO3. ZnCO3 will precipitate as the solution becomes neutral.
