You can start ur speech by saying:
Good morning to respected principal, and the guest name, teachers and my dear friends. IAM (YOUR NAME) of class (ur class) here to give a inpirational speech on ( ur topic).......
U can end it by saying... Thank you for giving me an oppurtunity to express my views.
