TV and radio only have advantages over newspapers (and magazines) in these senses:

—TV can show action rather than just describe it.

But, in the end, I believe that newspapers and other written forms of news and analysis are superior.

—The written word is there in black and white to peruse and reread for as long as the reader wants with little difficulty.

—The written word can develop arguments and tell stories in unique ways that would take much longer than TV and, sometimes, even radio.
