The two difference between Distance and Displacement are:-
1) Distance:-
•It is the total length path covered by the body.
•It is scalar quantity means it has only magnitude it has no specified direction.
•It can never be 0.
2) Displacement:-
•It the shortest distance between the initial and final position.
•It is vector quantity ,that is,it has magnitude as well as direction.
•It can be 0.
