state 2 reasons to justify that air is a mixture and water is compound

Air is a mixture because it is made up of different gases and it's component are not chemically bonded. Liquid air does not have a fixed boiling and melting point.

As water is made of one Oxygen atom chemically bonded to 2 Hydrogen atoms, water is indeed a compound.
