different ways of heat transfer are
1> conduction = the process by which heat or electricity is directly transmitted through the material of a substance when there is a difference of temperature or of electrical potential between adjoining regions, without movement of the material.
2> convection = the movement caused within a fluid by the tendency of hotter and therefore less dense material to rise, and colder, denser material to sink under the influence of gravity, which consequently results in transfer of heat.
3> radiation= the emission of energy as electromagnetic waves or as moving subatomic particles, especially high-energy particles which cause ionization.
The different methods are conduction & convection.
Convection. The transfer of heat through movement of matter that is in gases and liquids. Due to difference in temperature of substances.
Conduction. transfer of heat in solids from one molecule to another , in form of radiations.
