Hund rule - It state that no pairing of electron start in any of the degenerated orbital until all the orbital of subshell contain one electron
Now with example of N in valance shell of N there are one s orbital and 3 p orbital and valance shell have total 5 electron first 2 occupy 2s orbital rest 3 will occupy 3 p orbitals in accordance to hund rule
