Answer: It states that the cube of the mean distance of a planet from the sun is directly proportional to the sqaure of of its orbital period T

Explanation: It is expressed as :

r^3 directly proportional to T^2,

r^3 = K * T^2

K = r^3/T^2

Where T is the time period of the planet,

r is the radius as mean distance of the planet from the sun,

K is the kepler constant
