It states that every point mass in the universe attracts every other point mass with a force that is directly proportional to product of their masses and inversely proportional to square of the distance between then.

It states every body gets attracted by another body by virtue of its weight =mg . so there always exists a force of attraction between any two bodies. I hope you understand this and it helps you....
