Ohms law states that the current flowing in a conductor is directly proportional to the potential difference applied across its ends provided that the other physical condition remains constant.
Current is directly proportional to Potential difference.
I=current.
V=Potential difference
Then
V=IR
where R is resistance.
Ohms law will not be obeyed if the temperature is changed or if the conductor used is a non ohmic resistors.
Non ohmic resistors are resistors that do not obey ohms law.
