According to it , every action has equal and opposite reaction.

Example.

1.)If you push a wall with force F than wall will apply a force F on you. which is equal but direction is opposite.

2.)when you walk on earth , your weight mg is in downward direction and same force is applied by earth on you but this force in opposite direction. Magnitude is same.
