State any 3 advantages of parallel arrangement of electric appliances over series arrangement.

When a circuit is in a parallel combination , the potential difference between the appliances remains same but current varies for all appliances.

$\bold{ADVANTAGES}$

◼When electrical appliances are connected in parallel each appliances gets equal voltage for working ,while if they were connected in series , it would have been not same for all.

◼Working of each appliance is independent of other appliance, while in series none appliance works independently , if one will be switched off than others will also be switched off atomatically.

◼If a new appliance is added in a parallel combination resistance will remain unaffected or will decrease, while of its added to series combination , resistance will increase.
