  1. If you eats healthy diet like fruits and green vegetables, your body will remain good and you will be a strong and your memory work very well and fast.
  2. If you eat cereal crops like wheat, rice, chana, mung, joa and bajra, your body will be your fit.
  3. If you eat apples and spinach, your body will be neat, clean and fit. Your eye sight will be strong
  4. If you eat milk and bananas, your height will be increases fastly because milk and bananas are the body building foods.
  5. If you eat cereal breads, pulses and rice, your will be fit both metally and physically.
