The communication satellite is an artificial satellite that sends and boost radio telecommunications via a transponder. Communication satellite is used in television, telephone, internet, radio and military applications. Applications of satellites are:

1.Telephone:

Telephone is oldest way of communication and with the help of telephone. Telephone network receives and passes on telephone calls from landline to earth stations, where they are then broadcasted to a geostationary satellite.

2.Television:

Being the main market television demanded continuous delivery of large bandwidth signals to many people as it matched with geosynchronous combats and its capabilities.

3.Radio broadcasting:

Radio satellite offers audio broadcast in some countries.

4.Military application:

Communication Satellites: These are

geostationary satellites. They revolve around

the Earth in equatorial plane.

Polar Satellites: These satellites are placed

in lower polar orbits. They are at low altitude

500 km to 800 km. Polar satellites are used

for weather forecasting and meteorological

purpose.

Projection of Satellite:

For the projection of an artificial satellite,

it is necessary for the satellite to have a certain

velocity and a minimum two stage rocket. A
