- The membership of a person in a company will automatically end when a he dies.
- When a person surrenders all his shares to a company, this results the end of that person's membership.
- Bankruptcy is also a way of it. A person's membership will end if he becomes bankrupt. It will happen under the provisions of Bankruptcy Act.
